Project Description
Excel Electric recently completed a major electrical package for the new Bradley 315 Sports Park, partnering with Construction Manager Gilbane Building Company on this $50 million development built to serve athletes, families, and the wider community year-round. The one-million-square-foot complex was designed for heavy use, high traffic, and performance-level amenities, and our team delivered the electrical infrastructure to match that vision.

Project Overview
The facility includes 12 all-turf fields with dugouts, viewing areas, and warm-up zones, each requiring precise field lighting, power distribution, and safety systems. We also completed electrical work across the core support buildings, including the kitchen and cafeteria, restrooms, ticket office, meeting rooms, training spaces, and referee areas. Every space needed clean, dependable power for operations, equipment, and staff flow.
The complex also features more than 1,000 parking spaces, extensive site lighting, and integrated water features tied into existing stormwater ponds. These systems called for careful planning to ensure consistent lighting, energy efficiency, and long-term durability.
This project showcases the scale and versatility of Excel Electric’s commercial and industrial capabilities. We are proud to help bring a regional sports destination to life and support a facility that will serve tournaments, leagues, and community events for years to come.
