- Coordination with multiple trades throughout construction

Supporting Modern Worship Technology
Today’s worship facilities rely on sophisticated technology to create engaging experiences for both in-person and online audiences.
Grace City Church‘s auditorium features advanced worship lighting and production systems that required extensive coordination between Excel Electric and specialty AVL contractors. From dedicated lighting layouts and control panels to sequencing systems and production equipment, every electrical component was carefully planned and installed to support reliable performance during worship services and special events.
In addition to the power and lighting systems, Excel Electric installed and coordinated the facility’s complete fire alarm system. From initiating devices and notification appliances to control equipment, testing, and commissioning, every component was integrated to meet applicable life safety codes and provide dependable protection for staff, volunteers, and visitors.
Collaboration That Drives Success
Projects of this size depend on strong communication and teamwork.
Throughout construction, Excel Electric worked closely with Aspen Group and the entire project team to coordinate installation schedules, equipment deliveries, inspections, and commissioning activities. This collaborative approach helped keep the project moving efficiently while maintaining the quality and craftsmanship expected on a facility of this scale.
Powering Spaces That Serve the Community
Churches today are more than places of worship – they’re spaces where people gather, learn, serve, and build relationships.
We’re honored to have contributed to a facility that will support Grace City Church‘s mission for years to come. From worship services and children’s ministry to educational programs and community events, the electrical systems behind the walls help make those moments possible.
We appreciate the opportunity to partner with Aspen Group and Grace City Church on another successful project and look forward to helping bring future visions to life through electrical design-build and construction expertise.
